Philosophy of membership
Membership. Now there is a tricky word. It means so many different things to so many people. At Fountain Park Church, we are more interested in helping you find a place to belong, than getting your name on the rolls. Now, that does not mean you will not be given an opportunity to join us, for you will. But you will never be pressured into doing so. Folks can belong at Fountain Park and never join if that is their desire. The only ministry that is open only to members is serving on our Board.
How to become a member
Membership Classes are held three or four times a year. Each class will tell you about Fountain Park Church - both the good and the bad. We will share what we believe, where we came from, where we are going, and why we are here. If at the end of the class you decide to join, you will be given an opportunity to do so - but always without pressure.
