Vision
The Stewardship Vision for Fountain Park Church is to acknowledge the ownership of God in all areas of our life and to give generously in obedience to His Word.
Values
- We value giving first to God, thereby acknowledging His ownership of all we possess. This includes but is not limited to: salaries, bonuses, dividends and investment income, and other financial blessings.
- We value tithing in its Biblical context.
- We value equal sacrifice, not equal gifts.
- We value contributing to Christian ministries, such as our church, in order to make a difference in people's lives.
- We value the opportunity to share our time, talent, and treasure to the building of God's Kingdom.
- We value entrusting the financial well-being of the church to the leaders God has in place.
- We value the role of the leadership of the church in modeling and educating everyone in their stewardship responsibilities.
- We value good financial planning as a way of being good stewards of God's provision.
- We value trusting God to provide for our needs.
- We value joy and peace as God's blessing to us in response to our giving.
